Youth Serving Sunday 16 (after PM Service)

We will be serving: Chili (with toppings) or Creamy Tacos, Dessert & Drink / $6.00. All proceeds will go to our PEAK trip!

If you are making Chili or Creamy Tacos here are the recipes you need to use:

Creamy tacos recipe

1 lb hamburger meat(browned with 1/2 onion)

1 can rotel tomatoes

1 lb velveta cheese

1 can cream mushroom soup

1/2 can milk

1 can ranch style beans

...the creamy tacos don't need to be cooked too early and need to be on set on warm...

Chili recipe

1 lb ground round(browned with 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 bell pepper and 1 onion)

1 can ranch-style beans (omit this for the chili w/o beans version)

1 can rotel tomatoes for chili

1 can dice tomatoes for chili

1 can tomato sauce

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

chili powder to taste

This is a night of Singspiration

Each young person can bring their own Christian oriented music to sing with.

Songs can be serious or funny.

You can either bring a track to sing with or sing with the original recording.

Music can be on a CD, iPod or other music device.

You can sing solo or get a group together.

This is not a contest…… just for fun!

Youth Christmas Party

We are going to see "A Christmas Carol" (musical) at the Manship Theatre in Baton Rouge. We will be leaving the church at 5:00. Please bring $3 gas money and $10 for food. We will be eating fast food, on our way home, after the play. Sis. Melody has your tickets.
